Terms of Service

By booking a session or purchasing services through Visuals × DK, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

   • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

   • Remaining balances must be paid in full on or before the day of the session.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

   • Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

   • Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Turnaround Time

   • Edited photos will be delivered within [X days/weeks] unless otherwise agreed upon.

   • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

4. Image Usage & Copyright

   • All images remain the copyright of Visuals × DK.

   • Clients are granted personal use rights; commercial use requires written consent and additional licensing fees.

   • When sharing photos online or on social media, clients agree to credit/tag @VisualsByDK in the post caption or image description.

5. Model Release

   • By participating in a session, you grant permission for images to be used in portfolios, websites, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

   • Visuals × DK is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (weather, location restrictions, technical malfunctions, etc.) that may affect the final outcome.

7. Agreement

   • Booking a session indicates acceptance of these Terms of Service.
